Today the Brazilian swimming has a lot of reasons to commemorate. Here, in Barcelona, we shined on the pool, first with bronze medal of Felipe Lima in the 100m breaststroke and after with the gold medal of Cielo in the 50m butterfly. In Rio de Janeiro, I knew that the Government decided to keep our great swimming pool of Julio DeLamare Park (next to Maracanã, Soccer Stadium). At last a good decision. Congratulations to CBDA for defending so much our aquatic center.
Tomorrow it’s my turn in the 200m butterfly. It’s emotion for everybody.
And more pictures from the competition.
